•  We sale our products in different website. We try to stay up with the changes daily for products that are sold. We reserve the right in case a product is sold in another third-party website and was not taken off our website, we will not be held liable.

• You must be over 21 years old with proof of identification to purchase a firearm.

 

Restricted States, Cities, & Locales

• Before Finalizing your order ensure that the item complies with the legal regulations in your State, City, County and Locales.  We suggest you consult with your local preferred FFL dealer to ensure the firearm’s legality. We cannot be held responsible for returns resulting from non-compliance with these regulations. A 25% restocking fee plus additional Shipping and Insurance Value charges will be applied and reflected in the refund to the original payment method, for items return due to State, City, County and Locales non-compliance issues.

• Sadly, many States, Cities, Counties, or even Municipalities have placed restrictions on what their citizens can and cannot purchase. If you live in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Chicago, Cook County Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, New York City, Washington DC, chances are you cannot legally purchase many of the items we sell. Please know your State, City, or local laws before you place an order. Please ask questions if you’re uncertain before you buy the firearm. We reserve the right to refuse to ship an item /or items to you if we believe doing so is in violation of your laws.

FFL Exchange

• Please Note: We still require a hard copy of your local dealer’s FFL by email. If you select an FFL dealer that does NOT provide us with a copy of their license, therefore it’s still YOUR responsibility to ask them to forward us a copy of their license. Complete your purchase within the Law.

Shipping          

•  Current shipping time is 2 to 5 business days paid by credit card.

•  Recommend sending USPS Over Nighy Service. Money Order, Certified Check or Personal Check for quicker time in shipment. Current shipping time Once it clears 2 to 5 business days,

• Buyers pay actual shipping cost for the following option(s): Priority Mail, UPS, or Fed-Ex.  

• We suggest you request Insurance for your Purchase. Buyer is responsible for insuring the shipped item(s). This insurance will safeguard your shipment against damage or loss during transit.

• Should your item be damaged or lost in transit please contact us immediately via email. If damage, save all packing materials so that we can initiate your return. Do not discard packing materials or package. Immediate notification is essential, will be necessary to meet carrier requirements, to claim for a damaged or lost-in-transit package. We will collaborate with our insurance and shipping partners to investigate and resolve your claim within 7-10 days. Please be patient if this happens.

Applicable Taxes and Fees

• We collect taxes as required by law depending on your shipping address.

 

Inspection / Return Policy 

• Before shipping we visually check to make sure the firearm is in perfect condition. We do not accept returns for firearms, including instances of manufacture defects, buyer’s remorse, or other purchase-related issues. Returns are only accepted when the firearm does not match the description in the listing or if there is damage to the firearm. In such cases, we will provide a replacement. If available and cover the return and reshipping cost. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued to the buyer, and we will cover the return shipping for the firearm.                

• Please inspect your firearm at your FFL before taking possession, if any defect(s) are detected, please notify us promptly so that we can assist in resolving the issue efficiently.

• Once a firearm is transferred to the customer, returns are no longer accepted: at that point, we can only facilitate a warranty repair if applicable. Buyers are responsible for verifying that the firearm they intend to purchase is legal in their State, City, County and Locales.

 

We are a FFL Dealer, Not Gunsmiths

• Please have your local gunsmith check out / or headspace any use firearm you purchase prior to shooting it. We cannot and do not guarantee the safe firing or functionality of any fire arm we sell. We do not test fire any of the arms we have listed.

• You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GUN DÉCOR EMPORIUM and our parent, subsidiaries, Affiliates, Partners, Officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claims or demands, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by you or third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Services or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the right of a third-party.
