Shipping & Insurance

                        If you want a Custom product, we normally will ship to the customer within 60 to 90 days of the   order being placed, pending completion of production. The customer can inquire about order status by contacting   customer service M-F, (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) EST via email to sales@gundecoremporium.com, or by phone at   305-931-3566.

                                  Note: Shipping time frames are approximate only.

                        Once the product is complete, the order is shipped Express or Priority Mail using the courier of Gun   Decore Emporium ‘s choice and are delivered to the customer’s FFL dealer

 within 7 to 10 business days.

 

                        For Collections made by GUN DÉCOR EMPORIUM, it's about first come first base purchase. The     collection could be based Between (1 of 100, 1 of 200, or 1 of 300).  GUN DÉCOR EMPORIUM RESERVE THE   rights to Keep the first 30 Numbers. The numerical order will be delivered according to time of purchase. We will   start shipping as we produce the first batch which will take anywhere between 3 to 4 months.

 

                       All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in   accordance with existing Federal, State, and Local law and Regulations. Many of the firearms, magazine and   parts for sale on the website or at Third Party Companies like Gunbroker.com, Guns International, Etc., may be restricted or prohibited in the customer’s area. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to confirm local and state regulations before ordering.

 

                      All firearms will be shipped to an FFL DEALER ONLY.  (NO EXCEPTIONS). It is the customer’s sole   responsibility to choose an FFL dealer for us to ship to.

 

                     " We highly encourage our buyers to add Shipping Insurance to all orders".

                     Shipping insurance is a service that protects the buyer against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an insured package doesn’t make it to its destination, or if its damaged when it’s delivered, then the “SHIPPER” will do one of the following.

 

  1. Refund the “BUYER” for the declared value invoiced at checkout (less shipping fees, insurance fees, and credit card fees) for any lost or stolen products by one of the below means.   

  2. The Buyer agrees to allow the Shipper up to 30 business days to conduct an investigation, this is due to time needed by the Shipper to investigate with the courier and report the incident to ATF before receiving a refund of the total insurance value (less shipping fees, insurance fees and credit card fees).

  3. The Buyer agrees to allow the Shipper to refund the lost or stolen product(s) with a similar product. For limited productions the Buyer agrees that the Shipper can select any available Special Edition/ Serial number from the same production for  means of the refund (less shipping fees, insurance fees and credit card fees). Buyer agrees to allow the Shipper up to 30 business days from the date the package has been reported lost or stolen decision to be made by the shipper for any refund, (less shipping fees, insurance fees and credit card fees)

  4. Attempt to repair any damaged product(s) in the package.

  5. The Buyer and /or his representative (receiving FFL) MUST first take detail photos of the damaged package before sign the package from the courier who is attempting to make the delivery.

  6. The Buyer and /or his representative (receiving FFL) Must next inspect that all items have been received. Take photos of damaged items before signing for acceptance of the package and product(s) attempting to be delivered.

  7. It is understood by the Buyer that insurance is billed at $1.50 per $100.00 of the merchandise being purchased through the Shipper.

  8. The Shipper insurance Policy can be updated anytime without notice.
