    "Refund and Cancellations are subject to the following Terms and Conditions".

             The buyer is responsible to conduct a thorough check of all merchandise included in the sales of any item via our website or any other Platforms such as Gunbroker.com, Guns International, ETC. 

             All Sales and Pre-ordered Sales items are FINAL, and cancellation shall not be permitted. GUN DECORE EMPORIUM will only issue a refund for sales items if your transfer is denied. We will still charge a 25% Restocking Fee. Make sure before purchasing a firearm you know all the GUN RULES and Regulation in your State.

              If the customer proceeds to register the firearm under his name, there will not be a refund at all. This will be considered as a (Used Firearm).

              Collections are unique custom productions and a pre-order disclaimer acknowledged at checkout is strictly enforced by this policy.

              This policy also pertains to Third Party commerce platform like (Gunbroker.com, Guns International.com and Market Place Facilitators. Cancelations shall not be permitted, and no refund will be issued by GUN DÉCOR EMPORIUM unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the company. WE will try to help our customers but there are fees which we are not refundable and will be deducted from any refund approved by the company. These deducted fees are including but not limited to Third Party Credit Card Transaction Fees, Processing Fees, Shipping Fees, In House Financing Fees and Restocking Fee.

              Cancelation of an Item must be requested in writing prior to discussing the matter further. GUN DÉCOR EMPORIUM will charge 25% Restocking Fee for cancellations, returns, and refund of any item of the above mentioned.

              Your receiving FFL Dealer must contact us by email sales@gundecoremporium.com and describe the cause for denial, provide copy of documents. For more information your dealer must contact us directly, Phone Number 786-931-3566.

              The buyer agrees to these terms and conditions. Any attempt of a “Chargeback” will be considered null and void. By accepting these term and conditions this will cause the buyer to bear the cost of any legal fees required by GUN DÉCOR EMPORIUM to recover including but not limited to attorney fees.

              The Policy will be governed in Miami Dade County, Florida.

 

GUN DECORE EMPORIUM, LLC. could update the Terms and conditions of this Policy at any time and without notice.
